01. About this website
This website is operated by PT Terra Mitra Andalan under the TerraSky brand. These terms describe acceptable use of the website and the status of information presented here. They do not replace a written quotation, order, rental agreement, or project contract.
02. Information and quotations
Service descriptions are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee. Scope, pricing, availability, schedule, taxes, delivery, and support arrangements are confirmed through an agreed quotation or contract. Contacting us or visiting this website does not automatically create a paid order.
03. Service scope
TerraSky offers technology solutions including satellite connectivity support, IT infrastructure, procurement, cloud, consulting, and design. Equipment, third-party services, licenses, and connectivity are subject to their applicable specifications and provider terms. Mentioning a brand does not by itself establish an official partnership or endorsement.
04. Starlink and connectivity
Device availability, rental duration, installation, mounting, power, sky visibility, location, network integration, and operating area must be considered before deployment. Connectivity performance varies with equipment, service plan, environment, capacity, and other operating conditions. Specific speeds, uninterrupted availability, vessel use, or service levels are not guaranteed by website copy; any agreed commitments must be stated in the project documents.
05. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate others, or send information you have no right to share. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website against misuse.
06. Intellectual property
TerraSky content and brand assets belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party names, logos, and product imagery remain the property of their owners and are used to identify references or relevant technology. Do not imply that the website grants you ownership or a license beyond ordinary viewing and lawful reference.

WhatsApp, email, and external services are operated separately and have their own terms and policies. Website content may change and may contain errors or temporary interruptions. We aim to correct material errors when identified.
