01. Who we are
TerraSky is the technology brand of PT Terra Mitra Andalan. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this website or contact us about our services. For privacy questions, contact info@terrasky.id or write to our head office listed in the footer.
02. Information you provide
We may receive your name, business contact details, company, role, and project information when you contact us by WhatsApp or email. Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through these channels.
03. How we use information
We use inquiry information to answer questions, assess requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate projects, and maintain business communications. Information may also be retained where necessary for contractual obligations, record keeping, dispute handling, or applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
04. Website storage and analytics
This website stores your theme and cookie preferences in your browser. These preferences are not a customer account. Where Google Analytics is enabled, it may process device, browser, interaction, and approximate location information using cookies or similar technologies. Optional analytics is loaded only after you allow it. Form contents and inquiry messages are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters. The private preview does not load Google Analytics.
05. WhatsApp, email, and service providers
Clicking WhatsApp or email takes you to an external service. Information you choose to send is handled under that service’s policies as well as our own handling of your inquiry. Relevant information may be shared with hosting, communication, or technical service providers when needed to support the website or deliver an agreed project. Some providers may process information outside Indonesia; applicable protections must be considered for those transfers.
06. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the inquiry, relationship, and legal requirements; there is no single retention period for every record. Access should be limited to people who need the information. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
07. Your choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics or change your choice through Cookie preferences. You may contact info@terrasky.id to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other rights available under applicable Indonesian data protection law. We may need to verify your identity and consider legal or contractual obligations before completing a request. Deleting browser storage resets your local preferences.

We may update this policy when website features or data practices change. The updated date appears above. Direct privacy requests to info@terrasky.id with the subject “Privacy request”. This notice concerns this website and business inquiries; project-specific data processing may be covered by separate agreements.
